Extra Virgin Olive Oil Arbequina, limited edition of the First Day of Harvest Merrha Hacienda, located in the countryside of The Alcores (Sevilla).

To produce a liter, it has taken 12 to 13 kilos of olives (5 kg. Would be normal). In this way we obtain a Gourmet Extra Virgin at the expense of quantity.

Tasting

Type: fruity

Nose: green fruits, bananas, tomatoes and intense almond and acorn. Fund nice green leaf.

Taste: Sweet (fruit salad), without bitter and slightly spicy finish.

Aftertaste: long dry fruits. 

Olive oil is essential in the Mediterranean diet as it contains oleic acid and vitamin E, which provide many health benefits (+ info on the bottom)
