The oil contains 667 Lordship of Jaén olive varieties Picual and Royal, selected exclusively for your enjoyment. Each olive is carefully selected at the time of collection to obtain a juice high quality olive.

 

It comes in a package printed in gold with decorative elements of the world of oil, showing an innovative and attractive image.

The Picual olive is the variety with more presence in the world. Represents 20% of the world olive, and only in Spain accounts for 50% of production. Most of these trees are found in Jaén.

 

 

These olives are characterized by high resistance to rooting, caused by the natural antioxidants it contains. Its high polyphenol content, making it the most stable oil. The olive oil of the quality extra virgin olive trees of these varieties are aromatic, fruity, spicy and slightly bitter.

 

The olive Royal only comes from the province of Jaén. It occurs elsewhere in the world because it is consistent with a geography and specific climatic conditions.

 

Oils Royal Variety early collection are greenish yellow and very aromatic, fruity olive green and ripe notes to other fruits such as apples, almonds or bananas. Also highlighted because they have fluid medium structure and slightly sweet on the palate and slightly spicy.

 

The harvesting of the fruit is performed from November, just in the moment in which each point presents olive optimal maturity. The collection is studied and planned in advance, with the advice of several specialists.

 

The collection of the olives is always manually, avoiding damage to fruit and tree. No olives are collected from the ground, to ensure that the end result of our present oil best organoleptic attributes.

 

After harvesting, the olives are maneadas and transported to the mill in the early hours of collection and carefully, keeping the full integrity of the fruit. Upon receipt of the harvest, followed by an immediate grinding, before the 24 hours of collection, to obtain the first juice quality source of health, freshness, softness and low acidity which characterizes the oil 667.

 

A packaging system is all done by our experts, taking care of our oil as their main enemies are air, heat, moisture and light.
