Geographical limits of shipments. Do you send your products to everyone?

We are currently working as well as in Spain with European Union countries, Switzerland and the Nordics. If you live in another country, please email us at info@delicatessenMED.com and we will inform on how to access our product. Include the complete address where you would like delivery, along with their personal data and we will contact you with a shipping quote pending approval.

 

Transportation. How are products shipped?

To ensure a satisfying experience from beginning to end, we only work with logistics companies of recognized standing (TNT for Spain, and SEUR for the rest of the EU).

All shipments are adequately protected and their corresponding product packaging inside to ensure perfect delivery conditions.

In the case of shipments of bottles and glass containers, such shall be properly protected from any problems that may occur during transport.

 

Are VAT and postage included in prices?

All prices listed in our store include VAT. For greater transparency, the postage are added to the final and include VAT, as they vary depending on the weight of the order and the people and country of destination.

 

Delivery time. ¿Can I specify a delivery time?

Yes, although we cannot guarantee as the carrier at destination has a pre-established route. Therefore, we recommend that you provide an address, for example the work or a neighbour, where we ensure receipt of the package at the time and date agreed with you .We also recommend that you provide a personal telephone in which to contact with the person addressed for the shipment, if necessary.

 

Delivery schedules. Which is the package delivery time?

Monday to Friday from 8am to 19pm.

 

If I'm not at home in the delivery. What happens when they bring the package?

If the transporter tried to deliver the package and there was nobody to receive it, this will leave a note stating the delivery attempt. If so, please contact the shipping agent as soon as possible via the phone number listed on the note, in order to agree a new delivery. For any problem, remember that we are available in info@delicatessenMED.com or other forms of communication established on the web.

It is also recalled that if the second attempt also proves unsuccessful delivery, the shipping company would store your order waiting to be picked up by you, without taking over the state of the same company or carrier or delicatessen MED.

 

Availability of products. What is the availability of products?

All products in our store are available, unless indicated as 'not available' in the data sheet. In case that a product/batch is out of stock, immediately inform the delicatessen MED website and similar products or substitutes will appear.

 

Max no. of alcoholic beverages. Is there a limited number of bottles of alcohol that I can buy?

Only for deliveries outside of Spain. In this case, European law states that only alcohol can be imported for personal consumption. Delicatessen MED limits this use to a maximum of 12 bottles per purchase. There is no limit for shipments to Spain.

 

Spoiled product. What if a product has arrived damaged?

If one or more products have arrived damaged because of transportation, we will send a new product or refund the amount into your bank account. Delicatessen MED shall bear all expenses that can generate extra transport, provided that the product has not been used, altered or tampered with upon arrival.

To do this, please contact us by email at info@delicatessenMED.com later than 7 working days of receiving the request, clearly indicating what is the problem or reason for return and attaching a photograph of the damaged product. Please note that in order to process any exchange or refund is necessary that you previously contacted us. We will not accept any exchange or refund if we have not previously received notice.

NOTE: It is important to check the status of your purchase at the same time of receipt and to observe any damage allegedly caused by transport, indicate this on the delivery receipt to sign. Thus, the transporter will forward your notification to us and we'll contact you immediately.

 

Remand Order. ¿Can I return a product if I am unhappy?

If one or more products received do not correspond with your order, we send the right products or refund the amount into your bank account. Delicatessen MED shall bear all additional travel expenses that may arise, provided that the product has not been used, altered or tampered with.

To do this, please contact us by email at info@delicatessenMED.com later than 7 working days of receiving the request, clearly indicating what the problem or reason for return. We will not accept any exchange or refund if we have not previously received notice.

If for any reason other than the above you are not satisfied, may return the product. In this case, after receiving the merchandise in its original packaging and in perfect condition, proceed to refund the amount into your credit card. However, note that you are in charge of the transport costs.

To do this, please contact us by email at info@delicatessenMED.com later than 7 working days of receiving the request, clearly indicating what the problem or reason for return. Please note that in order to process any exchange or refund is necessary that you previously contacted us. 

 

Other reasons for return. What if I am not satisfied for some other reason?

If for any reason other than the above is not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by email at info@delicatessenMED.com later than 7 working days of receiving the request, clearly indicating what the problem or reason for the return. Within the shortest possible time we will contact you to find a satisfactory solution and explain the steps.

 

Order cancellation. ¿Can I cancel my order?

Yes, if your order has not been shipped yet, we will refund your total amount.

If it has already been sent, you must return your order. In this case, after receiving the merchandise in its original packaging and in perfect condition, proceed to refund the amount into your bank account. However, note that travel expenses of return will be on your own. The deadline to cancel an order is 7 working days of receipt.

Security payment. Is it safe to pay by card?

Delicatessen MED ensures maximum security and confidentiality when you buy in our store. It's simple, when you buy in delicatessen MED, the data on your credit card or bank account information is encrypted using the SSL security protocol and transmitted directly to the financial institution concerned, which is what accepts or rejects the payment. Thus, the information transmitted by the network has a total security and delicatessen MED does not retain this information at any time, so you can not see them or archive them.

You can also make your purchase through a PayPal account, which is responsible for the security of your personal data.

And if you want to make a bank transfer to the account this is specified in the section 'How do I pay?'
