2 - If any product is damaged because of transportation, we will send a new one or refund the amount into the account of the credit card that made the payment. Shall not apply if the goods have deteriorated because the recipient was not available to receive the package and had to be taken to the warehouse. In any case, the customer must send a photograph of the damaged product. Delicatessemed.com shall bear the costs of transport, taking into account the reasons given above.


3 - If any product does not match your purchase made through our website, we will send the right products or refund the amount for the account of the credit card that made the payment. Delicatessenmed.com will pay extra transport costs that may result.


4 - If for any reason not satisfied or wish to cancel your order, you must written notice to our address info@delicatessenmed.comen within a maximum of 7 working days from receipt of product. We will not accept returns or exchanges without first having received the communication in info@delicatessenmed.com. Once authorized return and receipt of the merchandise in its original packaging and in perfect condition, proceed to refund the amount. In this case, transportation costs for return will be borne by the customer.

 

 

5 - The customer may cancel the order by writing to our address info@delicatessenmed.com within 12 hours after the completion thereof, provided that it has not already been sent to its destination.
